Professional Integration

The Professional Integration Programme supports our Ukrainian community members in their search for a suitable and rewarding position in the Swiss job market. Candidates are accompanied through this entire endeavour, from the careful identification of their skills, competences and previous professional experiences to eventually finding work. They receive support in building a suitable and appealing profile on professional social networks like LinkedIn.

The Programme helps identify potential employers and organises networking events with every type of business from small and medium enterprises, to larger corporates established in Romandie. Coaching in soft and communication skills required for interviewing, as well as support during on-boarding in a new position are also provided.

The Programme will create synergies with well-established public programmes supporting professional insertion and provide a stepping stone to a more integrated life in Switzerland.

Individual assessment

We start with a full skills analysis of personal competences, qualifications and experience to guide us in the right direction towards particular Swiss jobs.

Support With Applications:

Including a C.V. workshop to ensure individuals know how to advertise the very best of their professional qualities. Guidance on building a social media profile to attract the right potential employers. We will also offer networking opportunities that will provide further support for our job seekers.

Interview Training

Every individual will be offered advice on interview technique and the chance to practice the style and language of interviews. Having the self confidence to present in person or online meetings is crucial as a first step to  convincing prospective employers you are the best person for the job. There will also be pre-onboard training to ease you into your first day.

Preonboarding:

There will also be pre-onboard training to ease you into your first day.
